DANIEL J. SHEA, P. C. is a full service firm with a practice emphasis on plaintiff’s personal injury law, employment and training law, and a limited criminal defense practice.

• The Firm’s philosophy during its entire 20 years of existence is that one of a personal injury lawyer’s chief responsibilities is to insure that a client receive the very best medical treatment for her or his injuries. This reflects Mr. Shea's personal philosophy and explains his wide range of relationships with some of Houston's best board certified physicians. This includes physicians with ABMS board certifications in neurology, psychiatry, neurosurgery, orthopedics, plastic/reconstructive and vascular surgery.
• With respect to employment and training law, the firm’s philosophy follows the basic guidelines of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Griggs case and rational-based employment and training decisions. The firm considers the Workforce Investment Act to be a signature piece of legislation, which if properly implemented, can significantly enhance economic development at the local state and national level.
• The Firm also has a criminal defense practice limited to state and federal drug offences, Criminal Defense Practice limited to state and federal drug offences coupled with intervention strategies for partners and families which reflects a growing emphasis in the court system on prevention and treatment as an alternative to incarceration.
